Office Manager

What you will be doing:
  • Ensure that the office operations run smoothly
  • Manage, order, and organize office supplies
  • Assist the HR team with ad hoc projects
  • Work closely with Management to identify opportunities to enhance a positive employee and workplace experience
  • Plan and support company events
  • Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls and deliver world-class service to all stakeholders
  • Support accounting
  • Be in charge of the travel management
What you bring along:
  • 2-3 years experience in office administration
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience with creatively planning and executing employee events
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • Highly motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2464,- gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
