What you will be doing:
  • Hands-on Project Management in an initial phase to get to know existing processes, the company, and all stakeholders
  • Be responsible for the hiring and training of Project Managers to scale operations
  • Reliably manage resources and keep an eye on the agreed goals
  • Use internal tools to coordinate and improve administrative processes
  • Implement best-practice processes for Project Management
  • Take a crucial part in the further development of Symptoma’s project management methodology and continuous process improvements
What you bring along:
  • Several years of project management experience, preferably with appropriate certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Experience in building PM processes and policies from scratch for a whole organization or parts of it
  • Confident use of MS Office and common Project Management Software (TeamGantt)
  • Excellent conceptual skills, an eye for detail, a high willingness to learn and organize
  • A customer-oriented personality, very good German and English and general flexibility is required

Great performers must be paid appropriately. We offer a monthly salary starting at 4.600 Euro gross per month following internal company agreements for this position. Your professional experience, qualifications, and industry standards will guide the actual remuneration package.
