What you will be doing:
  • Win and onboard new hospitals as partners (Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UK, USA, Japan, Rest of EU)
  • Manage partner (hospital) accounts leading to sustainable relationships
  • Advocate for research collaborations
  • Intensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (managers, clinicians, IT, ethics, legal, data privacy, regulatory, patients, and patient advocacy groups)
  • Establish the prerequisites for in-depth collaborations with hospitals (project management)
  • Provide oversight, coordinate operations, mitigate risks and implement improvements to achieve operational efficiency
What you bring along:
  • At least five years experience in a field with exposure to real-world data, real-world evidence, public health research, clinical research, or clinical trials
  • Existing network with hospitals in Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UK, USA, Japan, and the rest of the EU
  • Professional experience working in Contract Research Organizations or Sales for High-End Hospital Equipment/HIS/software negotiating with the hospital management directly
  • Highly collaborative project management skills
  • You have very high empathy, and you put a patient impact and data privacy first
  • You could talk a dog off a meat truck
  • Get your points across; excellent verbal and written English and German skills are required
  • Enthusiasm for data, public health/healthcare and clinical research

Great performers must be paid appropriately. We offer a monthly salary starting at 4.900 Euro gross per month following internal company agreements for this position. Your professional experience, qualifications, and industry standards will guide the actual remuneration package.
