What you will be doing:
  • Partner with the C-Level leadership to craft Symptoma’s strategic direction of the brand, corporate identity, and responsibility for the implementation of all marketing areas: Campaign Planning, Outreach, Lead Generation, Newsletters, Social Media Content Control, Media Cooperations and Planning, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Employer Branding, Sales material
  • Develop and refine Symptoma’s brand position; tell the compelling story about the key differentiators and Symptoma’s commitment to technological and medical breakthroughs
  • Conception and realization of strategies and measures for internal and external corporate communications
  • Ongoing analysis for further development and optimization of processes, content and communication tools (e.g. homepage, social media)
  • Contact person for media cooperation and first point of contact for media partners
  • Keeping a close eye on the market and the competition and contribute your personal and professional expertise to development projects along with the core business area logic
  • Preparation of press releases and technical articles for international media (print and online)
What you bring along:
  • +5 years experience and a proven track record establishing, developing, and leading marketing teams at scale in a fast-paced B2B and B2C tech company
  • Strong academic profile
  • A strong track record of helping coordinate a growing marketing organization (people, processes, and systems)
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare stakeholders (patients, doctors, hospitals, pharma, insurers, governments) and market research practices
  • Strong project management and presentation skills and experience in outreach campaigns
  • Experience and flair for the interplay of text, image and design
  • Expertise and know-how in working with digital media
  • Independent, self-reliant and structured way of working combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are described as open, rhetorically convincing, authentic, humble, and competent in your appearance, and you can carry away and inspire others

Great performers must be paid appropriately. We offer a monthly salary starting at 4.600 Euro gross per month following internal company agreements for this position. Your professional experience, qualifications, and industry standards will guide the actual remuneration package.
